TweetPages vs. Twitbacks vs TwitterImages

Changing your image background on Twitter is one of the biggest tools for going beyond your 140 words and links inside your tweets. The benefits of changing your background to include your branding or just your personatity, your logo, website,pictures, phone numbers and much more to increase your effectiveness.

The most renowned (and our recommendation) in the category though would be Twitter Images (@hughbriss) which offers a free background design (example @jajernigan) or $100 for a customized design (example @bizarrefoods and @delight_com). They have a special offer going now offering a free custom Twitter background to any Twitter member with at least 5,000 followers.

Updated: Recently found, FreeTwitterDesigner.com (@freetwitterdesigner)seems like a great option for making a cool background as well. It is a free flash application created by Zugara (@zugara). an interactive marketing and design agency in Culver City, CA. Donations are accepted if you like the product, and 50% is given to Make-A-Wish Foundation – designed as a pet project to raise funds.
