Find Followers on Facebook

Yesterday I had a simple idea that played out quite well.

I copied my twitter profile page (www.twitter.com/smartertwit), logged into Facebook (@facebook), then typed ‘Anyone on Twitter?’ in the What’s On Your Mind field, the clicked attach, pasted my profile page link, then clicked Share.

With hundreds of followers of Facebook, it’s a simple way to see if these friends will follow you on Twitter, or it will introduce them to Twitter.

Follow Friday Explained

It’s Friday and if you use Twitter the chances of you seeing #FollowFriday in a tweet are quite high.

FollowFridays.com (also referred to as #followfriday) is a movement that was started by Micah Baldwin (@micah) and now brought to us by @micah @strebel @justsignal @wordpress as a simple way to recommend friends and spread worldwide quite quickly. It gives you the chance to find recommendations from friends who they think deserve your attention rather than following and hoping for a follow back.
